Terrorising the citizens of Spoon City, Kansas with his robotic arm, telepathic powers and dastardly deeds!He once was a happy-go-lucky tortoise living with his owners, until the crazy scientist captured him. He is the result of an experiment gone wrong. The scientist is no longer around. Slimey is the reason why! He sought his revenge, but that was not enough. Now he feels he must punish all the inhabitants of Spoon City to make up for it!
